Confidentiality:
“Satlinked” will treat all information provided by the client as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
The client agrees to keep all proprietary information, trade secrets, and confidential data of “Satlinked” confidential and not disclose it to any third party.
Payment and Invoicing:
Payment terms and amounts will be defined in the agreement or project scope document.
“Satlinked” reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
Limitation of Liability:
“Satlinked” will make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or meet all client requirements.
“Satlinked” shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided.
Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party.
In the event of termination, the client will pay for all services provided up to the termination date.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

Modifications:
